I heard from sources that the reason why Esperon wants to be extended is because of at least two (2) arms deals which still have’nt been finalized. There’s a pending deal for orders to ship 2nd generation helicopters to the AFP, austensibly to fight the terrorists and insurgents. There’s also this big deal concerning arms to buttress the depleted arms supply of the country.

So, its not due to principles or the campaign to wipe those terrorists away. No. It’s because of money, allegedly. Well, its not really surprising.

Message to the United States

To the US State department I impart this message–the war on terror will not win in the Asia-Pacific region. Terror activities will increase in the region and possibly affect your security because this country remains as the weakest link in the global war on terror.

Yes, the Philippines remains very, very weak because its military are disillusioned. Their disillusionment stems from having a weakling and a ass-licking AFP Chief of Staff such as Esperon. And JI and Al-Qaeda are laughing their asses off.

Both terror groups don’t need to bomb Metro Manila or its cities. No. This country is some sort of the terrorists’ version of R&R. Yes. Its verified.

In this country, you can train your cadres to become airplane pilots. You can train them as bomb experts. And while doing it, you can go to resorts and enjoy the sun and tanning.

You can pick your training camp, deep into the jungles of Mindanao without being spotted by a surveillance plane. And definitely, you can’t be threatened by anybody because those Marines are so demoralized that they’ll even give you arms and ammo for a certain price. Hey, their commanders are doing it, why not they?

The trick is to isolate and convince the MILF to become your allies in the war on terror. But, how will you do it when the government of Mrs. Arroyo is shitting itself. Your supposed allies are distancing themselves from the peace table simply because of Mrs. Arroyo’s lack of credibility.

Terrorists are having a field day here because the police and the military are finding it very hard to get reliable information. Why? The people are not giving any to this government.

These things will vanish, I assure you, if this government is ousted from power. The faster Arroyo goes away, the better for your security. If Arroyo continues a year more in Malacanan, you might find yourself facing a more lethal and a more catastrophic 9/11.
